Whats In The Suit Case? Riddle

A Lawyer is in a building. He has a suit case in his hand and he is running down the hallway. When the Lawyer looks up he sees the lights flicker. He then lowers his head turns around and walks away. WHY DID HE TURN AROUND? (hint: think of whats in the suitcase. and why did the lights flicker?)
