The Man And His Wife Riddle

A man and his wife are driving in his car and the man has to stop and go to the bathroom. So he gets out and goes into the restroom. When he returns he finds his wife dead and there is a stranger in the car. Hint there was no one in the car before he left and there was no way in when he was gone.
