Panda Habits Riddle

A panda walks into a diner. He orders a salad and minding his own business peacefully enjoys his meal. When he finished he quietly stood up drew a pistol and walked toward the door. The outraged manager called after the panda demanding an explanation for his behavior. The panda simply replied Its in my nature then left the diner. What did he mean?
