A tall man is laying face-down in the middle of a desert. He is dead. Laying in front of him is a rock a buzzard and a cactus. The man has no cuts bruises or any type of bodily damage whatsoever. He did not die of dehydration nor has he had a stroke heart attack etc. Who is this man and how did he perish?
